Oh my goodness! These zoodles are nutty, buttery goodness and you should totally either go and buy some sort of contraption to make the zoodles or buy them already spiralized.
My go to zoodles are those by the Veggie Noodle Co. They sell them at my local HEB so I’m sure you can find them at yours or something similar in brand.
- 4 Tbsp Butter (make sure it's REAL butter- not margarine)
- 1Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 cups of zoodles (zucchini noodles)
- In a small skillet combine, butter, coconut oil, garlic powder and grated garlic clove. Saute and allow the butter to brown for about 3-4 minutes.
- In bowl or on a platter pour the butter mixture over the zoodles and toss.
