My love for food only really began when I got married in 2008. I love to cook, bake, craft and experiment with all those things. I have been happily married for 6 years and happily cooking, baking and crafting for the same amount of time.
Since December of 2013, I have begun my journey to a healthier lifestyle and then in August 2015, I started my Crossfit journey. Please join me as I work towards making healthier eating choices and add physical activity to my life.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, you just have to learn to be creative. Working out doesn’t have to be terrible. Figure out what works for YOU, not the rest of the world.
