I’ve been feeling under the weather the past two days. Today I spent most of my time either in bed or on the couch. The Mister wasn’t in any better condition.
On Wednesday night he started feeling sick and then by Thursday he had a full blown infection. We went to the Day & Night Clinic, he got tested for the flu, (which he didn’t have, THANK GOODNESS) and then the awesome nurse gave him a shot and the doc sent him home with mediciny goodness. That stuff knocked him OUT!
I don’t think he moved one inch once his head hit the pillow. Thursday I started to feel icky and then by Friday I was feeling even worse. So, all the plans I had today had to be put on hold, and I didn’t get to enjoy the VERY chilly weather we are experiencing right now. It made me sad.
The Mister went to pick my mom up from her appointment (Because of the two of us, he was in better shape) and came back bearing gifts.
Sunshine & Chocolate. I immediately started feeling better! He is definitely a keeper!
