Try It Out Thursday: Sasi’s Thai Restaurant

Try it Out Thursday
Try It Out Thursday is dedicated to recipes or ideas that I find on Pinterest or receive in my e-mail. I tend to “pin” and save a lot of recipes & craft ideas and never try them so I decided that this will help me wade through the many pins and e-mails that I have.

This Try It Out Thursday is dedicated to a new local restaurant.

Tried out a new restaurant today: Sasi’s Thai Restaurant. The food was GREAT! The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

I didn’t get any pictures of the food because it was all so good, once we started eating, there was no stopping to take a picture.

I had the Pad Thai, which was noodles stir fried with chicken, egg, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, ground peanuts and served with a spring roll.

The hubby had Pad Kra Pao, which was stir fried veggies, chicken and Thai Basil. It was also served with a spring roll.

We also ordered some spring rolls as an appetizer. They were EXCELLENT!

Then there was the delicious Noodle Soup that we decided to order even though the portions of our plates were GINORMOUS! It was rice noodles, green onion, scallions, fried garlic and bean spouts. There was also cilantro sprinkled on top.

Everything was sooooo good! I think the thing that impressed me most was that every plate tasted different. Sometimes when you eat at an Asian place, everything kind of tastes the same but not here.

I’m excited to go back and get pictures for you next time.

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July!
