When we moved into our new home I was so excited about the way my kitchen was set up. It opens up into the living room and is also open to the dining room as well. It had what seemed like a lot of cabinet and counter space as well. Well, at least until I put my stuff in it. The Mister and I have been looking for an island that can also be an eating area since we moved in but everything is so expensive. The words that would come out of mouth every time we found something we liked that was too expensive were, “Don’t they know we just bought a house?”
I finally found something! It’s actually a heavy duty work table. It was reasonably priced, sturdy and I can put stools up to it so it functions as an eating/seating area as well. We found it at Sam’s for $200.
