Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients
For Salad

Roma Tomatoes
chopped

cucumber
peeled & chopped

medium avocados
chopped
1/4
cup
red onion
chopped
1/4

cilantro
chopped
For vinaigrette
1
Tbsp
olive oil
2
drops Young Living Black Pepper Essential Oil
2
drops Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
kosher salt
Instructions
For salad
Mix tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and red onion in a medium sized bowl and set aside.
For vinaigrette
Mix olive oil, black pepper oil, lemon oil, garlic pepper and kosher salt in a small bowl- I use a little whisk.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix with a spoon. Then add the cilantro and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
